The Upsala Grocery app does not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking in the app.
The app lets you browse our food menu, catering trays, and craft beer wall, and build a pickup list on your own device. Your pickup list is stored only on your device, in the app itself. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
When you're ready to order, the app invites you to call the store at 407.330.2000. If you place an order or join our loyalty program, you share your name and phone number with us directly — by phone or in the store — so we can prepare your order or manage your rewards. That information is handled by the store like any phone or in-person order. It is not collected through the app.
We do not collect personal data through the app.
We do not use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising services in the app.
We do not track you across apps or websites.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
The app contains no third-party advertising.
The app may link to delivery services such as UberEats and DoorDash. Those services are operated by their own companies, and anything you do there is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
The app is a general-audience grocery app. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. A section of the app displays our beer menu for information only; no alcohol is sold through the app.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
